I received the product in excellent condition. The product works great. I bought this for my son, and it is perfect for that purpose. I never heard this brand before, I was thinking to get myself an Ipad, considering how great Tursion Table is and the price difference, I decided to get one for my self as well for books, email, games, etc. So, it is worth the save if you are not picky about brand...
