This is an amazing unit. A few friends and I decided to to go biking on trails near by our homes. I got this unit to help record some of our rides. It is really easy to set up and use. You attach the camera with the strap and mounts and start recording in no time at all. Uploading The Video file to your computer is really easy, all you have to do is just connect the USB cable to the computer and camera that's it !! You will have memories For A Long. I have seen very few of these type of cameras. This is a great for when we go out on the bike trails in the valley. I tried it briefly by just riding around the block to test it out and it works great. The attaching of the camera to the helmet was a cinch. Uploading to the computer is even easier. Plug the UBS cord to both the computer and the camera and it does the rest. The picture quality is really good. I have no complaints on this unit.
