I bought two kayscases. The other is the hard shell clear one. Although I love the fact the hard shell clear case is great in showing the true beauty of the phone, I probably will use this one because of the following reasons.

1. It's more grippy.
2. It has the lip that wraps around the edges of the front glass, so you can put the phone face down.
3. Since this case is soft, I feel it will provide a little more protection and also survive a drop better.

The only disadvantage, which is not about the case itself, is that it's semi-transparent with white color, so it doesn't look that great on my black phone. I think it works better on a white phone, and I probably should have gotten the case in smoked color.

The case fits the iphone 5 perfectly and all the key positions are aligned precisely. Some of the keys(volume and power) are designed to be covered by the frosty protruding, which makes it exquisite. It also feels good in hand with the frosty backside. The bumper on the sides that wraps around the phone tightly also increases the grip.

The customer service is very kind. I got charged by the wrong amount from amazon, but they refunded all of the price difference.

Just got the case. Fits perfectly fine. The holes for camera is well aligned. Leaves enough room in the bottom for speakers and connectors. The volume and power buttons are protected. Overall pretty happy.
