The cable is solid, sturdy, and appears equivalent in quality to the cable that came with my iPhone 5. The length of the cable is almost exactly the same as the original Apple cables, but the finish is different: the Apple cables have a rubberized finish that's soft to the touch and "sticky" - this cable has a smooth, polished finish. The one other difference is that the base of the Lightning connector is slightly wider than the stock cable. These are all cosmetic differences; if you're looking for a cheap but reliable additional cable for your iPhone, this is just what you're looking for.
