4.0 out of 5 stars Plain and Simple, December 6, 2012
This review is from: LG BP125 Blu-Ray Disk / DVD 1080p Player with HDMI & USB (Electronics)
The LG Blu-ray Disc/ DVD model BP125 is a plain and simple Blu-ray player. No gadgets no wifi just Blu-ray which is exactly what I wanted with this device. It is easy to setup and use but it does not come with an HDMI cord so keep that in mind. But overall this player is as simple and reliable as it'll get. Batman Dark Night Rises looks amazing on this by the way. Perfect simplicity.

3.0 out of 5 stars Bare bones Blu-Ray, December 5, 2012
This review is from: LG BP125 Blu-Ray Disk / DVD 1080p Player with HDMI & USB (Electronics)
This entry level Blu-Ray player from LG is a no frills player without network or Internet access.

I own this unit and it works great for DVDs, Blu-Ray disc and CDs. The SimpLink function of the player and this included remote control will allow you to operate some functions of your LG TV (look for the Simplink logo on your TV's remote control.) This is handy for controlling playback, pause, fast forward, etc.

The front USB input is great for playing files of music, audio (MP3, WAV worked great!), and looking at pictures or video files. As long as your drive is formatted as FAT32 you are good to go.

If your TV is already "smart" and has Internet connection with apps like Netflix, Pandora, etc., then this is a unit you won't regret because you saved some bucks by not having, or needing, it networked.

4.0 out of 5 stars A basic, no-frills blu-ray player, December 15, 2012
By
This review is from: LG BP125 Blu-Ray Disk / DVD 1080p Player with HDMI & USB (Electronics)
My wife and I bought this for our bedroom tv and we couldnt be happier. Some things to mention are 1)There is no AV cable input, only HDMI. 2) No wifi. 3)No ethernet input, so no apps or automatic updates.

But if you can overlook all that, and just want something to play blu-rays, your in luck cause this is inexpensive and does a great job. Id buy this again in an instant. Just make sure you dont overpay. This is a budget model and you shouldnt pay more then $50.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good but stainless is better, March 31, 2009
This review is from: Weber 7536 Flavorizer Bars (Lawn & Patio)
I had these flavorizer bars for years on a Weber. Since 2002 I have gone through two sets. Both times they ended up disintegrating. These work well in helping to reduce flare ups, adding the creation of smoke from dripping juices to add more flavor, and help protect your burners from getting clogged up. The only downside is that the porcelain coating comes off after a few years which will lead to massive rust problems and you will need to replace them.

Tired of that I finally upgraded to the stainless bars which perform just as well but they don't rust. Save yourself a few bucks later by spending a little more if you can afford spending the extra $10-$15 on the stainless bars.

I abandoned my Weber grill in 2004 due to a move and deployments with the Army. I decided a few weeks ago to refurbish it, as I had found it to be a great grill that was consistent in results. The grill was full of flaked paint, spiders, and crud... But the biggest problem I had was identifying what type of grill... ultimately the Weber site provided a step-step guide to determining correct parts. These flavorizer bars, at 22.5" are the right part for the Genesis Silver grill ( I now think mine is a "silver B")... great value from grady's and free shipping made the refurbishment the right move.

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't wait too long, June 6, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Weber 7536 Flavorizer Bars (Lawn & Patio)
As we all know, the porcelain coated bars in our Webers are "consumables" - meaning they are expected to wear out in time and be replaced. What is easy to forget is the substantial effect these bars have on the flavor of your food. Waiting until your old bars have holes in them and are disintegrating is only harming the BBQ taste in your food. You'll taste that first hand as soon as you drop the new bars in. My advice? Don't wait. As soon as you start noticing erosion to the metal of the bars, replace them. You'll be rewarded with great BBQ taste, rather than food that tastes like it was baked in your oven.

2.0 out of 5 stars Agasio A622W, June 12, 2012

This review is from: Agasio A622W Outdoor Wireless Pan/Tilt IP Camera with IR-Cut Off Filter for TRUE COLOR Images (Not Washed Out), Auto-Iris (Auto-Brightness Adjustment), IP66 Waterproof Enclosure, 50ft Nightvision, 4mm lens (72 Viewing Angle), Synology & Blue Iris Compatible, Pan 360 Tilt 90, White (Electronics)
The camera itself isn't bad during daylight hours.
The functioning / software of the camera leaves a lot to be desired.
The box the camera came in is labeled PTZ. It's only PT!
The infra red at night is terrible. You have a circular haze all around the picture and hardly any picture.
I would not recommend this camera!!!!
I had to write a bad review to get any kind of tech support.
I have the Foscam FI8910W for my interior and it is great. I'll probably buy another one.
How can the same company screw this up is beyond me.

3.0 out of 5 stars IR lighting reflections., May 16, 2012

This review is from: Agasio A622W Outdoor Wireless Pan/Tilt IP Camera with IR-Cut Off Filter for TRUE COLOR Images (Not Washed Out), Auto-Iris (Auto-Brightness Adjustment), IP66 Waterproof Enclosure, 50ft Nightvision, 4mm lens (72 Viewing Angle), Synology & Blue Iris Compatible, Pan 360 Tilt 90, White (Electronics)
This product is decent, and passable so far for the price. I can't really understand why they're NOT using 802.11n wireless, not only for the range but the speed. The second issue is that the IR emitters at night actually reflect back into the dome glass and make the view a rather fuzzy, and useless rendition of whatever the camera is pointing at.

Setup was actually very easy, but as a network engineer you'd expect that. I could see an average person struggling with the setup. We have 6 other IP cameras by various vendors from Trendnet to Zmodo. This is the first supposed all weather camera we've mounted in the "elements" of Minnesota.

Any kind of optical zoom would have been nice, but it doesn't have it, and not even the digital zoom works in the Agasio Internet explorer control page, nor from our tablets using Foscam settings.

The low light sensitivity is actually pretty nice. The camera quality is average at best, and oddly, the whole glass... Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good ip camera, February 4, 2012

This review is from: Agasio A622W Outdoor Wireless Pan/Tilt IP Camera with IR-Cut Off Filter for TRUE COLOR Images (Not Washed Out), Auto-Iris (Auto-Brightness Adjustment), IP66 Waterproof Enclosure, 50ft Nightvision, 4mm lens (72 Viewing Angle), Synology & Blue Iris Compatible, Pan 360 Tilt 90, White (Electronics)
This is my third ip/wifi cam, the other two being an Astak Mole, and Sharx, and now this Agasio. It works well, no issues out of the box, setup was just like any other ip cam: get it set up on your network, access it's setup page via a browser on your local lan, and voila. Everything as expected, but the users manual is electronic on the CD provided in the box. I bought this as an outdoor, wifi, nightvision ip cam with pan and tilt. It is working great inside, I have not yet set it up outside to determine how reliable and waterproof it is. I use the Blue Iris software to monitor all my ip cams in one window, set up alerts, and provide web acess to all the feeds. Blue Iris did not have a setting for the A622W, but selecting the A601W worked, just FYI. It seems rugged and well built.
The only thing I do not like is the all in one cable that is hard wired to the camera. The reset button, power, and wired netwok all use a single cable that has 3 connectors on one end that is hard... Read more
