Since beginning to take this supplement, I didn't think it did much, but then the other day when looking at a box of chocolates, I found myself not drawn to eating them at all. I basically felt an aversion to chocolate, and I feel this way right now toward all sweets. It's as if everything is tasting too sweet to me (like coffee a few hours ago), and I can't tolerate eating sugary foods. This has only been true since taking the garcinia. I'm not aware of any side effects, and I have not noticed any. Other than that, my appetite is reasonable, maybe less than it was. I have type 1 diabetes, and it is not recommended we take this supplement because it may lower blood sugar, but I have not had problems with blood sugar, so I choose to dismiss this warning and take my insulin carefully. Right now, this brand is not carried on amazon, to the best of my knowledge. I checked another site, and it is a little cheaper. A bottle should last you a few months at 2 a day. Started taking this first of the year because of its Chromium content and that was because of my type II diabetes. Take three a day and working great for me, quiets the apetite a bit and my diabetes and weight are going in the right direction. Now I eat right and exercise now which is a key but I believe these capsules are a big part in my success.
