I basically felt an aversion to chocolate, and I feel this way right now toward all sweets. It's as if everything is tasting too sweet to me (like coffee a few hours ago), and I can't tolerate eating sugary foods. This has only been true since taking the garcinia. I'm not aware of any side effects, and I have not noticed any. Other than that, my appetite is reasonable, maybe less than it was. I have type 1 diabetes, and it is not recommended we take this supplement because it may lower blood sugar, but I have not had problems with blood sugar, so I choose to dismiss this warning and take my insulin carefully. Right now, this brand is not carried on amazon, to the best of my knowledge. I checked another site, and it is a little cheaper. A bottle should last you a few months at 2 a day. They're still the same great containers (now BPA free!), but I noticed that the containers that are the same size (share the same sized lid) don't nest. They just... stack. Not a HORRIBLE big deal, as you can create a sort of nesting system with the various sizes, but it would be more convenient to be able to nest same sized containers together. I have had fresh broccoli in the fridge in a can with papertowel in the bottom and although they smell bad they are still good to eat for some odd reason but opening it up is gross to smell. My fresh snow peas have outlasted the normal shelf life by a week as of now and still look and taste great today same with radishes!
