I've been a longtime user of the all black Otterbox Defender case for the iPhone 4 (not the 4S). That first all black case was a very good case, but it did have its faults. Mainly, the rubber or silicone was too "tacky" and would grab my pockets when I was trying to take my phone out. And the rubber on the all black case was too "soft" and I found myself having to always be pushing it back into the slots, etc.Well, Otterbox has definitely improved on this! I'm not sure if it is just these 'camo' cases or if they have done this for the rest of the line, but the silicone is MUCH more durable now. Not near as tacky feeling and it is definitely staying in the grooves better. Also, the camo pattern is actually molded into the case, and it has no tacky feel at all, very smooth. I also placed it on my iPhone 4S - it fits both perfectly.The case itself comes in three pieces - two hard plastic cases that snap around the phone (with padding inside and a covered screen piece) and a third, silicone skin which secures the hard case together. It also has a belt clip for the phone to carry it along with you. I've rated this product with five stars because it is exactly what we expected - a large, TOUGH, protective cover for a phone carried around on construction sites and through the woods hiking. As far as style is concerned, I love being able to pick up camo items that use authentic, brand-name prints - 100% of his hunting gear, including weapons, share the RealTree AP pattern.
