I have ATT Uverse which is notoriously tricky to setup for cameras that need to punch out thru the firewall. After I could not do it, I IM'd support and the set it up for me in literally 5 minutes over the internet. It was truly the most amazing support experience i've ever had. Fast, efficient and very to the point. I was up and running and now I can view video from my iphone or laptop from anywhere at anytime - just a great camera. I now leave it at home and it sends me emails when it detects motion (like when my kids get home from school) so that I can know they are around.I do set the motion trigger for a very limited window as it will send an email a minute when it detects motion - and that will fill up your inbox in a day so be careful.
