If a defect arises in the materials or workmanship warranted by Poetic, Poetic will replace that unit as long as it falls within the warranty constraints.

I have been looking for a case for an A2109 for awhile, very hard to find. Since my Family and I have 4 Lenovo A2109, I order 2 cases to try. They fit perfect.
Everything lines up and the tablet seems snug. I ended up ordering 2 more for my daughters.

I will agree with other 5 star commenters that this case is perfect--my tablet feels protected and secure, the material is sturdy, and all of the cutouts are well-placed so as to not cover any ports or buttons. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this product.
